Following the closure of the dairy herd we decided to repurpose the livestocks barns to create high quality storage for film and TV props.·  This required us in 2020 to strip the barns back to their steel frames, which were erected in 2009/10, and to instal roofs and insulated walls as well as good quality cement floors and roller doors. The main buildings can take large articulated trucks. These facilities have been in use since 2021 and to date Henden has hosted some 18 films, large and small. In summary:

• The facilities are located near Sevenoaks, 15 minutes from the M25/A21 junction

• The uncovered storage area is good for storing shipping containers

• There is an onsite office with hi-speed Wi-Fi, kitchen and restrooms for teams

• A small, but experienced management is ready to support production teams 24/7
